If the past few weeks have taught us anything, it’s that sexual harassment in the workplace is a serious problem for most women. As a result, the conversation is often (rightfully) about women.
But, for lack of a better way to say it, what about men? Isn’t the problem that men simply can’t stop harassing women?
Many fear that the go-to solution for sexual harassment in the workplace will be to hire fewer women. That’s a laudable concern, but in this week’s Divided States of Women, we came up with an even better fix.
